Barreiras de acesso à saúde sexual e saúde reprodutiva de mulheres migrantes: revisão integrativa

Objetivo: Sintetizar evidências relacionadas às barreiras enfrentadas por mulheres migrantes para o acesso à atenção em saúde sexual e saúde reprodutiva. Método: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa, realizado nas bases de dados Medline, Embase, Web of Science e Scopus, que incluiu artigos publicados entre 2014 e 2023, disponíveis em texto completo, independentemente do tipo de estudo, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados: Foram identificados 230 estudos, sendo incluídos 35, publicados entre 2017 e 2023. As barreiras no acesso à atenção em saúde sexual e saúde reprodutiva foram classificadas em quatro categorias: barreiras socioculturais (estigma social); barreiras relacionadas às condições das mulheres migrantes (fatores financeiros); barreiras relacionadas aos profissionais de saúde (sexo masculino); barreiras relacionadas ao sistema e aos serviços de saúde (falta de acessibilidade). Conclusão: As barreiras foram categorizadas didaticamente, mas verificou-se que elas estão implicadas umas às outras, de forma complexa e inter-relacionada, independentemente de serem barreiras socioculturais, relacionadas à situação das mulheres migrantes, aos profissionais de saúde ou ao sistema e aos serviços de saúde. Com isso, constata-se que a superação dessas barreiras exigirá ações organizadas em conjunto com outros setores da sociedade que extrapolam o setor saúde.
