This paper aims to discuss some difficulties and possibilities for dealing with the issue of religious diversity beyond the purely epistemic discussion. To this end, we have divided this paper into three sections: in the first section, we explain the main concepts that permeate the discussion on the topic of religious diversity; in the second section, we argue that the perspective of epistemic disagreement is inadequate in dealing with the topic; and in the third and final section, we present two approaches for dealing with religious diversity: the adoption of an apophatic theology with religious syncretism understood in a positive way for the development of religiosity; and the encouragement of interreligious dialogues as a way of bringing different religions closer together.
