ABSTRACT
This article aims to investigate subjectivity in special education through a systematic literature review, focusing on the historical-cultural perspective between 2019 and 2024. The analysis includes the abstract, keywords, year of publication, focus of the study, concept of subjectivity, methodological aspects, and main results. Articles were selected from the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Capes Periodicals Portal databases. These articles, by different Brazilian authors, explore different approaches and concepts about subjectivity. Methodologically, the quantitative approach prevails, with the authors acting as the main participants in the research. Several data collection instruments were used, allowing the triangulation of information. The analysis techniques applied are deductive, starting from general to specific concepts, and guided by the results obtained. Overall, this literature review offers a comprehensive view of how subjectivity in Special Education has been approached and understood in recent research, from a historical-cultural perspective, constituting a valuable reference for professionals in the area of special education and inclusion.
