Resumo

A teoria da ecologia organizacional no presente trabalho considerou os aspectos da organização e do ambiente, trazendo a ideia de monitoramento ambiental, destacando o papel do ambiente externo, havendo a obrigação de gerir e não apenas conceber as organizações como sistemas abertos, a fim de que se obtenha um ambiente próspero. Sendo inserida a responsabilidade social corporativa no planejamento estratégico, as ações passam a ser de responsabilidade de toda a organização, trazendo legitimidade para a mesma e satisfação para os todos os envolvido (stakeholders).
