This article analyzes the transformations brought about by neoliberalism and the process of the structural deepening of labor precarization, highlighting its expression and reproduction in labor laws, the weakening of trade unions, the reduction of social spending, the diffusion of public policies based on individual responsibility, the granting of privileges to business owners, and regulatory flexibilization in favor of the market. This is a qualitative, bibliographic research study grounded in institutional publications that address neoliberalism, productive restructuring, and the world of labor, with an emphasis on the telecommunications sector. The results indicate that neoliberalism reconfigures labor relations in the telecommunications sector through privatization, the deregulation of labor rights, and the dissemination of the ideology of employability. These processes intensify outsourcing, the instability of employment ties, the intensification of work rhythms, and the devaluation of the workforce, affecting workers unevenly, with a particular impact on women. It was possible to verify that labor precarization in the telecommunications sector constitutes an expression of contemporary capital accumulation strategies, reinforcing the need to strengthen the collective organization of the working class and to implement public policies committed to guaranteeing social and labor rights.
