The context in which adequate knowledge about religion can be framed today in the sphere of human sciences is made possible by considering the “technological revolution” in the areas of information, transport and communications. This has generated a new model of accumulation and regulation of capital, that is, globalization or globalization, which is not limited to a profound transformation in the configuration of the economic sphere, but is an extremely complex reality made up of many factors and many dimensions. This has formed the backdrop that today profoundly marks and transforms the lives of peoples, their institutions and their cultural models.
